Job Description:

In this role, your responsibility reaches across multiple facets of our operations. You’ll coordinate membership administration, exercise your creativity through email marketing, and drive engagement on our social media platforms—all from the comfort of your home!

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage and maintain our dynamic membership database, ensuring all details are up-to-date
2. Create, schedule and monitor engaging content for our social media channels
3. Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, maintaining the QueerlyQualified voice
4. Provide general administrative support to our team: scheduling, correspondence, managing files, and more
5. Be the first point of contact for members’ inquiries and ensure they receive the best experience

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
2. Social media savviness – experience managing social media platforms is a plus
3. Strong experience with email marketing strategies and tools
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently, take initiative and thrive in a remote environment
