We're in search of a Customer Relations and Sales Administrator who can be the bridge between our lovely members, interested companies, and our mission to shape a more inclusive world. In this role, your approachable personality, ability to create meaningful connections, and expertise in sales administration will be invaluable as you drive outreach through calls, emails, chat platforms, and contact forms to both potential and current members and sponsors.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drive member engagement, fueling a sense of community and belonging
2. Act as our front-line representative, addressing potential and existing member inquiries through various channels (phone calls, emails, chat platforms, and contact forms)
3. Manage relationships with companies interested in our LGBTQ+-focused DEI training and sponsorship opportunities
4. Maintain a seamless workflow that ensures optimal member experience and customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate closely with our internal team to streamline sales and administrative processes

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Experience in customer service or sales administration roles
3. Profound understanding of relationship management
4. Skilled in multi-channel outreach and follow-up
5. Passionate about DEI initiatives and excited about fostering an inclusive environment
